No Contact — Heal & Grow is a personal healing companion that helps you track your no-contact journey after a breakup. The app includes a live no-contact timer, daily mood check-ins, a personal journal, healing phases based on psychological research, milestones, and daily encouragement notifications. All data is stored locally on your device. No account or login is required. The app does not collect or share any personal data.

How do I start the timer?

Complete the onboarding and choose your no-contact start date on screen 3.

Can I change my start date?

Yes — tap the settings icon in the top right of the dashboard.

How do I reset the app?

Go to settings (gear icon) and tap Reset. This requires two confirmations.

Why are my notifications not showing?

Make sure notifications are enabled in your iPhone settings under No Contact — Heal & Grow.

I lost my data after reinstalling.

All data is stored locally on your device. Reinstalling the app will reset your data.

Is this a subscription?

No. This is a one-time payment. You pay once and the app is yours forever.

All data — including your personal note, journal entries, mood check-ins, no-contact start date, and notification preferences — is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to any server.

No Account Required

No Contact — Heal & Grow does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

Notifications

If you choose to enable daily notifications, these are scheduled locally on your device. No data is sent to any external server to deliver these notifications.

Third Party Services

This app does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not share any data with third parties.

Data Deletion

You can delete all data stored by the app at any time by using the Reset function in the app settings, or by uninstalling the app from your device.

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
